
Mary Krupa-Clark is widely recognized as one of Canada’s leaders in environmental communications. Mary’s lifelong passion for the environment and sustainable living, as well as her excellent communication ability and infectious enthusiasm are what drives her to work with clients to successfully design and implement their messages. Since founding Morningstar in 1987, Mary has been responsible for overseeing a number of prominent communication and marketing projects across Canada, many dealing with issues of sustainability and environmental issues. These have included the Robert Bateman Get to Know Program, the promotion of the Mission Creek Greenway in Kelowna, numerous public safety initiatives and extensive work for the Fortis BC Powersense program.

Braden MacDonald has been involved in IT, programming, and web development for over ten years. His attention to detail is evident in all the projects he has worked on, from creating customized learning software and online curricula for schools to developing websites for both non-profit organizations and corporate clients. Braden’s experience in a number of programming languages allows him to take full advantage of the tools of the twenty-first century to create solutions for clients. His reward comes from seeing those solutions shape a better tomorrow.

Ryan’s creative energy and instinct has evolved over six years of cross-media design. After graduating from the Centre for Arts and Technology, Ryan has worked as lead designer on a number of successful creative projects, integrating brand and graphic development with web design and management. His work has ranged across many different sectors, including working for non-profit organizations, alternative energy firms, the financial sector and retail websites. Ryan believes that to achieve success in the ever-evolving world of digital media, it is important to recognize general perceptions in context and make them work for you and your clients. Knowing that anything is possible is what motivates Ryan to communicate your message in clear and creative ways.

Tyler Finley is a professional writer with a B.A. in English from the University of British Columbia. Tyler has over five years of experience in creative and technical writing, editing, and research. He is a dynamic writer, who combines the subtleties of academic, journalistic, and social marketing vernaculars to create concise, powerful messages. Tyler’s experience in food/travel journalism has taken him to Asia, the West Coast of the United States, and around BC and Alberta, lending an international flair to his writing.

Jaime has had extensive training and experience in dealing with the public and media, and in extensive event planning. With a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Thompson Rivers University, her organization and dedication has contributed to a number of successful launches and media and promotional events in both Canada and the United States. With immense dedication to all her projects, Jaime ensures that each task is completed to the highest standard.

As a Certified General Accountant, Kai is responsible for overseeing the financial operations at Morningstar. In addition to his responsibilities as Controller, Kai also provides technical accounting services for not-for-profit stakeholders such as the Get to Know program. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Kai’s knowledge of effective business practices and organizational skills helps Morningstar and its clients stay focused on the big picture.
